The following applies only to purchases made through the Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs Online Store.

Orders and Confirmation

Orders may be placed online at www.mrbarrymorgan.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs.
Orders are not accepted by Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
So that the Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs can provide our customers with prompt service, we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders.

Availability

All products displayed on the Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs website are generally in stock (unless out of stock is indicated in listing) and available to ship to the customer within 5 business days of receipt of order and payment.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days or more depending on your location within Australia.  
Unless otherwise specified, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Free Shipping

Items that display the FREE DELIVERY ribbon entitle you to FREE SHIPPING on that product.
When placing orders that combine FREE DELIVERY items and NON-FREE DELIVERY items, you will only be charged shipping on the NON-FREE DELIVERY items. FREE DELIVERY items may be dispatched via Parcel Post – Standard Service or via Standard Post envelope.

When adding items to the Shopping Cart or Checking Out enter your postcode in the field provided as normal.
No shipping charge will appear as shipping is free on this item.
If you place an order combining items with FREE SHIPPING and items that have a shipping fee, only the items with a shipping fee will display shipping method and cost.

Due to software limitations, please disregard the Express Shipping option and select Parcel Post- Standard Service at cart & checkout.

Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address. 
Should an order be returned to us due to the reason that the delivery address supplied by the customer was incorrect or needs to be re-directed at the customer’s request, the fees to re-deliver the order will be passed on to the customer.
If you do not agree with the incurred fees for the re-delivery you may cancel your order however the incurred fees for the return of the product to us will be deducted from your refund.

We ship most orders with Australia Parcel Post to a home or business address.

All Online Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Only. 

We are unable to advise delivery times or call prior to delivery, however, we will provide you with, when available, a consignment number or Parcel Post details so that you may track your delivery.

The following conditions will apply;

Delivery to NON-RESIDENTIAL OR INSTITUTIONAL/BUSINESS addresses must be during regular Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm daytime business hours. Someone MUST be in attendance to sign for the delivery. 

These conditions DO NOT include businesses operating out of DOMESTIC premises in RESIDENTIAL areas.

Product Conditions  

At Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs Online, all products are checked by our experts before dispatch. All of our products are sold with FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY and may not always come with original packaging due to the original manufacturers packaging being deemed unsuitable for shipping. Packaging may be opened for inspection prior to dispatch.

Damaged Goods

Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Warranty  

All new products are sold with the supplier’s limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product.

Please contact Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs provides no separate warranty.

Return Policy

You may be entitled to a refund, repair/exchange or credit, if the goods you have purchased from our store are faulty, significantly different than described features advertised, or do not fulfil the purpose for which they were advertised.  
Manufacturer’s warranties apply where applicable. Misuse of items will not be covered by warranty.
Returns Must come with a copy of the original receipt and original packaging.

As a courtesy, we will consider store returns for a  period of 14 days for Store Credit or Exhange ONLY, and then only if the returned goods are;

 – In the condition which the goods were purchased with the original packaging. ( Please Note:  The condition of the item is to be determined exclusively by Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs).

 – Are returned with a copy of the original receipt for proof of purchase.

If either of these requirements is not met, Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs will not sanction a return.
Mr. Barry Morgan’s World of Organs is a small family business, NOT a National Corporation. As such, we cannot offer refunds for people who have simply changed their minds or have fallen on harder times and need the funds for other purposes.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred from a change of mind return, such as postage or travel costs. Returns to be determined at the discretion of the vendor.
